Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for the alien abduction movie, The Fourth Kind.
The Fourth Kind is based on real events that happened in Nome Alaska. Over the past 40 years, strange disappearances have plagued the small Alaskan town. Even the FBI has been unsuccessful in solving these cases and there has even been a lot of talk of a government cover up. Psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler has discovered some of the most disturbing evidence of alien abduction ever documented. Her video taped sessions have actually been integrated into the film so we’ll see the strange accounts of alien abductions from multiple witnesses throughout the film.
The film is written and directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi and stars Milla Jovovich as Dr. Abigail Tyler, Elias Koteas and Will Patton. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on November 6th.
This one looks nice and creepy. I like the footage shots, it sort of gives it that authentic type of feel. After doing a google search, i couldn’t come up with the real Dr. Abigail Tyler so I do hope that it is really based on a true story. With all the apocalyptic action movies coming out, this one looks to be a good thinking man’s thriller with some otherworldy hints thaty this has been going on for a long time. I love this kind of stuff – it’s like right out of the 11th dimension.
Checkout the trailer – hopefuylly we’ll hear more about the real events after the movie comes out. Until then…
Enjoy!!!
